2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac.
Stir with a spoon until the walls
be frozen.
Cognac Tonic
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
10 cl of tonic
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
and the tonic. Stir with a spoon until the
walls are frozen.
Cognac Ginger Ale
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
10 cl of ginger ale
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
and ginger ale. Stir with a spoon until
the walls are frozen.
Bandista
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
2 cl lemon juice
8 cl of lemonade
Garnish: sprig of mint
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac and lemon juice. Line up with the lemonade. Stir with a spoon until the walls are frozen. Garnish with the sprig of mint.
Cognac Collins
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
1 cl squeezed lemon juice
1 cl cane sugar syrup
8 cl of sparkling water
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
and the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until
the walls are frozen. Garnish with lemon.
Cognac Float
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
10 cl of soft drink (sparkling water, ginger ale, tonic, etc.)
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the drink
carbonated. Layer the Cognac by dipping the back of a
spoon into the carbonated drink, then slowly pouring
the Cognac in the hollow of the spoon.
Lancer Franc
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
1 cl of strawberry liqueur
9 cl orange juice
Place a few ice cubes in the shaker, then pour the Cognac
and the ingredients. Close the shaker and shake until
the walls are frozen. Pour the contents of the shaker (in
holding the ice) in the glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
Cognac Lime
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
1 cl squeezed lime juice
1 cl cane sugar syrup
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
Ingredients. Close the shaker and shake until the
walls are frozen. Pour the contents into the glass.
Garnish with lime.
Coganc Orange
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
A few ice cubes
10 cl squeezed orange juice
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
and orange juice. Stir with a spoon until
the walls are frozen.
Pink Love
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
1 cl of raspberry liqueur
9 cl of chilled brut Champagne
Pour the Cognac and liqueur, then top with Champagne
Fresh. Garnish with a raspberry.
Side-Car
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
1 cl squeezed lemon juice
1 cl of triple sec
Place a few ice cubes in the shaker, then pour the
Cognac and the ingredients. Close the shaker and shake until
until the walls are frozen. Pour the contents of the shaker
(holding the ice) in the glass.
Stinger
2 cl of Cognac VSOP
1 cl mint liqueur
A few ice cubes
Garnish: a sprig of mint
Place a few ice cubes in the glass, then pour the Cognac
and liquor (colorless). Stir with a spoon
until the walls are frozen.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Summit
1 lime zest
4 thin slices of fresh ginger
4 cl of Cognac VSOP
6 cl of homemade lemonade
1 thin cucumber peel
Glass: rocks or small tumbler.
Method: By the glass directly.
Place the lime zest and the slices of
ginger in the glass.
Pour 2 cl of Cognac VSOP.
Press lightly 2 to 3 times using a pestle
Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes
Stir for 5 seconds with a spoon
Pour another 2 cl of Cognac VSOP
Add 6 cl of lemonade and the cucumber peel
Stir for 5 seconds with a spoon
