Every year Carlos, Óscar and Mar produce a lemon oil with their Juventud extra virgin olive oil
The oil is made with ORGANIC lemons from Almería, Almería, Andalusia, Spain.
This oil does not replace lemon juice. We recommend it on lentils, beans or chickpeas or possibly on a tomato salad without any seasoning other than coarse sea salt.
