Description
This reserve vinegar is aged in American oak casks following the traditional system of Solera and Criaderas. Subsequently, it is combined with another Jerez wine vinegar, Pedro Ximénez, which gives its outstanding personality a touch of sweetness and elegance. The solera of this vinegar only has 5 casks, where the vinegar rests for at least 10 years. Bottle format: 37.5 cl
