Soaps

Dermolia® soaps contain a single fat: organic extra virgin olive oil, the same as in our olive oil section. During saponification the oil becomes soap, and glycerin forms naturally and stays in the bar. Our soaps are cold-process and handmade in Sool, in the canton of Glarus.

The superfat is the share of olive oil left over in addition to the oil that becomes soap. It stays in the bar and makes the soap gentler. The higher the percentage, the gentler the soap:

• Carré, 10 %: body and hands
• Triangle, 15 %: body, face and hair
• Cercle and Ovale, 20 %: face and hair, sensitive skin
