What is a superfatted soap?
A soap in which a little organic extra virgin olive oil is deliberately left unsaponified. It cleans gently and respects the skin’s natural protective film. Learn more →
Which soap should I choose?
Carré (10%) for body and hands, Triangle (15%) for body, face and medium to thick hair, Cercle (20%) for sensitive facial skin and thick hair. Learn more →
How should I store my soap?
Somewhere cool and dry, and above all on a stainless steel grid: it is the only holder that lets the water drain completely and keeps the soap firm, without it breaking down. On a perforated ceramic dish or any other holder, we cannot guarantee it will keep well. Unopened, it keeps for up to 30 months; once opened, use it preferably within 12 months.
Are your soaps suitable for children?
Yes, but not for babies: they are not intended for children under 3. Keep them out of reach of young children and avoid contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Where are your soaps made?
By hand, in Sool, in the canton of Glarus, Switzerland.
Why analysis documents for the olive oil?
Because “extra virgin” can be proven. Labels, analyses and certificates for each harvest are available on the oil’s product page. Learn more →
What is the difference between Pineau and Cognac?
Pineau des Charentes (17% vol.) is a blend of grape must and young cognac, served chilled as an aperitif. Cognac is a cask-aged brandy of at least 40% vol. Learn more →
How do I buy your spirits?
Our cognacs, Pineaux and liqueurs are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. The law requires us to check your age before shipping: we will contact you for a short video check with an ID. No check is needed for any other item. Learn more →
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
To Switzerland and Liechtenstein, by Swiss Post. Costs depend on the parcel weight and are shown in the basket before you order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, in case of a quality defect: after prior agreement, within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging. Learn more →
