Data we process

• When you place an order: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone (optional), items ordered and payment method.
• When you create a customer account: the same data, plus your password, stored in encrypted form.
• When you contact us (e-mail, form, chat): the content of your message.
• For alcohol: age check (18 years) by video call, using Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram as you prefer, without recording.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data, needed for the operation and security of the website.

Why

To process and deliver your order, answer your questions, meet our legal obligations (accounting, sale of alcohol) and keep the shop secure. We never sell data and do not send advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only what is necessary:

• Glarotech GmbH (Switzerland): hosting and maintenance of the shop.
• wallee AG (Switzerland), for PostFinance Checkout, and PostFinance Ltd (Switzerland): payments by card, TWINT and PostFinance Pay. We never see your card details. wallee stores some data with Amazon Web Services in Ireland (EU).
• Swiss Post: parcel delivery.
• Abacus Research AG (Switzerland), AbaNinja software: accounting and invoices.
• Google: our e-mail service info@dermolia.ch.
• tawk.to (USA): the online chat, only if you use it.
• Microsoft (Teams), Meta (WhatsApp), Signal or Telegram: the video call for alcohol, depending on the app you choose.

Transfers abroad

Ireland (EU) offers a level of data protection recognised by Switzerland. For the USA, providers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on recognised standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data and invoices are kept for 10 years (legal obligation). Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, or at your request.

Your rights

You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion (unless we are legally required to keep it), and object to its processing. Write to info@dermolia.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
