Organic Cognac from the Petite Champagne (2nd cru). Aged seven years in oak casks.

A bright, clean eau-de-vie. Light amber colour with golden glints. Subtle, elegant floral nose. Lively attack, followed by a rich, round texture. A beautiful finish, never harsh and with no added sweetness.

Ideal as an aperitif or long drink: Cognac on ice, Surfer (Cognac & tonic) or other cocktails.
