A Petite Champagne cognac from the 1976 vintage, by Normandin-Mercier. Very rare, it comes from a year marked by an early drought, which gives it great aromatic concentration and endless richness.
Each year, the house unseals its vintage casks to draw only about a hundred bottles. This one was bottled in 2016, after 40 years in cask: as for any cognac, only the time spent in oak counts towards its age.
On the nose, a lovely freshness of exotic fruit, then endless gourmand notes.
Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2016.
50 cl · 41.4% vol.
Sold only to adults aged 18 or over. The law requires us to check the buyer’s age before shipping: we will contact you for a short video check with an ID.
