A Petite Champagne VSOP from the house of Normandin-Mercier, aged seven years in the estate cellars, then for over a year in the Iroise Sea off Brittany: four micro-casks were submerged ten metres deep.
Limited edition of 100 numbered bottles, with a label illustrated by La Rochelle artist Ruliano Des Bois. Only one bottle available: no. 047/100, in its white case.
Amber colour with orange glints. On the nose, fig, almond and citrus, a saltiness reminiscent of salted caramel and a light smoky note. On the palate, freshness, a touch of the ocean, rancio from the oak cask and a lovely finish.
