Cognacs

The still, the Château de la Péraudière and the demijohns in the cellar

Photo: Normandin-Mercier

Our cognacs come from Normandin-Mercier, a family house that has been making cognac since 1872, over five generations. Its eaux-de-vie come from Grande and Petite Champagne, the first two crus of the appellation, and age in its cellars at the Château de la Péraudière, in Dompierre-sur-Mer, on the outskirts of La Rochelle.

  • Organic Petite Champagne VSOP, 7 years: lively and floral, as an aperitif or in cocktails
  • Vieille Fine Champagne, 15 years: a blend of the first two crus, to enjoy after a meal
